I had a horrible dream last night. I was trimming Poppy’s fur, and i felt the scissors brush Poppy’s face. O.O Did i hit anything? Is Popcorn okay? I looked closely at her little face and prayed really hard that everything was okay.. =| But everything wasn’t okay. Something terrible had happened. The furball’s eyes were bleeding! =O omd. I saw blood clouding her little beady eyes and she was just looking at me, not whining and strangely not in pain. I’m so sorry Popcorn!!! We drove to the nearest pet hospital and everything became blurry from then on. All i remember was that i hurt my little baby with a deadly pair of scissors. :( And now i can’t get the image out of my head. :( i’m sorry you had to read this guys . I needed to share. *Big Hugs*

Oh, my!! That was a nightmare. We are so sorry you had that happen and hope the images in your mind go away very soon. Sweet little Popcorn is fine and you are going to be too. Leaving you tons of warm hugs and some nose kisses for Poppy.
Thanks Chancy and Mumsy :} The images took a while to go away, but like ideas, some images stay in the mind for a very long time.. When i trim Poppy’s fur now, the images from that dooream still pops in my head. O.O i guess it’s reminding me to be very careful. Hugs Mumsy, thanks for the warm hugs and nose kisses. :) ♥
Oh, I just hate dreams like that! Sometimes our fears come out in our dreams – I don’t know why, but I wish they’d stop! Those dreams always stay with us for some reason, but it’s the one time we’re always glad to hear that alarm clock go off! ;)
You’re absolutely right Daisy. I have a terrible fear of things going into my eyes, especially sharp objects! For some reason, my eyes have been the mark of accidents ever since i can remember! I’ve got stuff like chilli, lime juice, toothpaste, and yes a scissor hurt my eye before! So you’re right Daisy, our fears do come out in our dreams!!
Ouch! That’s a seriously disturbing dream. I hope you’re okay. I’ve had bad dreams too, but never about my dogs. I guess I’m lucky that way.
Well, just remember that if ever you will trim Poppy’s hair, make sure to use those blunt end scissors. I tried searching through Google my sister uses on her dogs, but I couldn’t find it. It was blunt and had a rounded edge. If I visit them and remember it, I will send you a picture.
